Commemorative 2 Euro coin from Andorra, issued in 2021. This collector's euro coin was issued on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the coronation of Our Lady of Meritxell as patroness of the Principality of Andorra.

The Basilica of the Sanctuary of Meritxell is the most important religious temple in Andorra. It contains a reproduction of the Virgin Mary of Meritxell, the patron saint of the country. It is a polychrome statue based on an original Romanesque work that was destroyed in a fire in 1972.

The euro coin is depicted with a sacred statue of the Virgin Mary of Meritxell.
